Up above on the left was me before I took fitness seriously. The scale went up, and I didn’t see results. Some days were rough – sometimes, I felt like I wasn’t making any progress. But I kept getting after it, stayed consistent, and I got there! And you can too! It didn’t happen overnight, and it wasn’t a quick fix. But, it was small changes here and there to get long-term results without forsaking anything I love. I admit it wasn’t easy to exercise constantly, but I did it because I knew it was good for me and gave me more energy to do the things I am passionate about. And now, I continue to exercise because it gives me strength and the spark to be a better person.
This is one of the reasons I do Training: I want to help change people’s lives through fitness. I was able to change my own, and I would love to help you change yours.

Nutrition: We provide nutritional guidance with a meal plan and or personal weekly check-ins through a food journal app. The dietician-approved meal plan is designed to help you burn fat and boost your energy levels. All recipes use whole foods that you can get at the grocery store- no weird supplements or shakes. Nutritional guidance is optional and is at no additional cost.
Accountability: You’ll get a personal accountability coach to support you, ensure you have everything you need throughout the program, and help you stay on track with your workouts and nutrition. We’ll be there for you every step of the way!
Community - I genuinely believe we’ve got the BEST community in the world. Our clients are incredibly supportive and are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! There’s no toxic gym culture or judgment in our classes, and everyone works hard and has fun. We even do things outside of working out together. We’re a real family, not just a place to work out.

What’s Your Goal?
Workouts: Every workout consists of mobility, warming up, core strengthening, resistance training, and stretching. Most workouts include cardio too, but it is never long or boring - for example, we’re never going to send you for a lap. Our workouts can be done by anyone, from beginners to experienced gym goers. We provide high and low-impact exercise options and can give more alternative exercises individually if needed. We encourage and coach you through every exercise, and there is never any yelling. We constantly change routines, so you’ll never get bored, and we even keep it fun by having themed workouts on special days like Halloween, New Year's, Super Bowl, etc. We also have a private Facebook group where you can access the workouts we have recorded.
