Our services are a combination of some of the following: live training in our facility, outdoors at a park, right outside of our facility, and online. To help prevent the spread of COVID we perform daily deep cleaning, dedicated socially distanced workout spaces without sharing equipment unless disinfected, increased ventilation, more hand sanitizer stations, hand washing before and after sessions, if any signs or symptoms of illness you’re asked to stay home, temperature is taken before working out, and equipment disinfected between use.
