This is before I took fitness seriously. Some days were rough – sometimes I felt like I wasn’t making any progress. The scale went up, and I didn’t see results.
I kept going after it, stayed consistent, AND I GOT THERE! AND SO WILL YOU! It didn’t happen overnight, and most importantly, it wasn’t a quick fix. It was a lifestyle change to get the long term results I desired. I admit it was never easy waking up early to hit the gym, but I did it because I know it was good for me, and it gave me more drive to do the things I am passionate about. And now, I continue to get up early because I know that it gives me the energy and strength to be a better person.
This is one of the reasons I do Personal Training: I want to help change people’s lives through fitness. I was able to change my own, and I love to help you change yours.
